At PAStudio, we specialize in boutique commercial spaces, modern residential architecture & interior architecture. Whether you’re planning a full renovation, a commercial buildout, or a custom home in Miami our approach is rooted in thoughtful design and refined minimalism.
As a Miami-based architecture firm, we bring a deep understanding of local materials, climate, and permitting to every project. We frequently work on single-family homes, luxury condo remodels, vacation properties, and hospitality design across South Florida and beyond.
Every space we design is tailored to reflect your lifestyle, environment, and long-term vision.
Bringing an architect in early (before purchasing land or finalizing your vision) can save you time, money, and frustration. Involving a licensed Miami architect at the start allows us to guide the project from the ground up, helping with site selection, zoning research, feasibility studies, and setting a realistic design timeline.
Early collaboration ensures your residential or commercial project is aligned with Miami-Dade County building codes, environmental factors, and long-term goals. Whether you’re planning a modern home in Coconut Grove or a commercial renovation in Wynwood, the earlier we begin the conversation, the smoother the process will be.
While PA Studio is proudly rooted in Miami, we work with clients across Florida and throughout the United States. Our architectural process is collaborative and flexible, allowing us to successfully manage remote projects through virtual meetings, shared tools, and close coordination with local teams.
We have experience working on projects throughout the country, and we’re always open to exploring new regions. If you’re located outside of Miami but appreciate our architectural style, feel free to get in touch. We’d love to see how we can support your project.
The timeline for architectural design depends on the complexity of the project, but most of our residential architecture projects in Miami take between 2 to 6 months from concept to completed construction drawings.
Simpler renovations may move faster, while larger custom homes or commercial spaces may require more detailed planning and coordination.
We begin every project with a discovery phase, followed by schematic design, design development, and construction documents. We also account for city approvals, especially when working within Miami-Dade permitting requirements. We’ll provide a clear, realistic timeline during our initial consultation, and keep you informed at every stage.
Yes! At PAStudio, we’re happy to assist with construction administration to help ensure your design is built exactly as envisioned. We can recommend trusted contractors in Miami and surrounding areas, or coordinate with your existing team.
Throughout the build, we’re available to review progress, answer questions from the contractor, and provide updates or clarifications as needed.
Our involvement during construction helps protect the design integrity, avoid costly errors, and make sure timelines stay on track. If you’re looking for a Miami architecture firm that stays engaged from start to finish, we’re here to support you every step of the way.
